Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected receiving) your order.

  • Photos of the damaged package or product (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
