Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product is expired upon delivery.
  • The item is missing from your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • If you paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), we may request your bank account or digital wallet details to process the refund.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.


Exchanges

We are happy to replace products if they are:

  • Damaged during shipping.
  • Defective.
  • Incorrectly shipped.

If you need an exchange, please contact us with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the product.
  • Photos of the shipping package.
  • A description of the problem.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Mamkay London will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if eligible, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.


Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after opening the product.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
  • Delays caused by courier services or customs that are beyond our control.
